Warehouse Operative/Picker and Packer - 6 months fixed term contract
About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for a temporary position that holds the potential to transition into a permanent role. In this position, you will initially be responsible for supporting our service operations project, specifically focusing on itemizing stock for our European warehouse. Once the project is completed, your role will shift towards assisting the Stores & Dispatch department by providing kits (picking) for our production line in preparation for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities will include
- Assist in the service operations project by meticulously itemizing stock for our European warehouse.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and efficient stock management.
- Transition to supporting the Stores & Dispatch department by preparing kits (picking) for the production line.
- Contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow by efficiently managing inventory and ensuring timely provision of materials.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in stock management or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Strong multitasking abilities and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or willingness to learn.

- Experince with Excel (basic level)

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
