We are an Electrical servicing company based in Vauxhall. We are we are looking to build our team with a motivated and proactive individual. The ideal candidate would have some experience working in a busy office planning workers’ schedules and organising small teams.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and schedule the service requests for residential clients/properties
  • Help with preparing quotations for Electrical services.
  • Issue invoices for Electrical services
  • Record necessary and associated/relevant information onto company systems
  • Utilise company systems to schedule workflow, resources and priorities as required to serve residential management clients/properties
  • Record and report hourly charged service delivery to company systems, and support the reporting and invoicing of the same to clients
  • Support internal and external company communication
  • Be available to communicate with and manage service requests property management clients/properties
  • Liaising with staff/operatives on a daily basis for progress updates to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • General computer literacy

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients with whom you will liaising with
  • Assist in developing customer awareness of the business’s products and services and identifying new business partners
  • Utilise, further develop, and extend existing network of clients and contacts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
